We will contact you to request payment. ------------------------------------------------- What to bring? 🎒 1.5 liters of still water per person, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, sandals, comfortable shoes, a jacket for sunset, swimwear, and cash for the entrance fee. Notes: 🌵 Maximum Altitude: 2,500 meters above sea level (MASL) Restrictions: Not permitted for pregnant women. Cancellation policy
Until when can I cancel without cost?
You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the first activity at no cost. For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will be only 77%, due to transaction fees and taxes. If the passenger does not show up on the day of the tour, there will be no refund of the amount paid (including park entrance fees).
