Service Description
We will visit the impressive Tatio Geysers, observe the flora and fauna of the Putana River, enjoy a panoramic view of Machuca, and explore the wetlands of the area. Schedule: ⏱️ Departure 4:30 AM / Return 11:00 AM (SUMMER) Departure 5:00 AM / Return 11:30 AM (WINTER) Included: ✅ Hotel pick-up (urban area), shared transportation, bilingual guide (Spanish & English), and breakfast. Not Included: ❎ Park entrance fee. What to bring? 🎒 Warm clothing, comfortable shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, 1.5 liters of still water per person, hat, and gloves. Notes: 🌵 Maximum Altitude: 4,320 meters above sea level (MASL) Restrictions: Not permitted for pregnant women. Minimum age required: 10 years. Not suitable for people with uncontrolled hypertension. (Entrance fee is payable in Chilean pesos only at the park entrance.) Passengers are advised not to consume alcohol or red meat the night before the tour.

Cancellation policy
Until when can I cancel without cost?
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of the first activity at no cost. For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will be only 77%, due to transaction fees and taxes. If the passenger does not show up on the day of the tour, there will be no refund of the amount paid (including park entrance fees).
